Ever wondered what it would really be like to jump into one of your favourite games?

Well how about “Playing” life in Third-Person? Well that’s a concept one artist called Marc Owens has created, named Avatar Machine.

Avatar Machine has the user put on a costume, rigged up with a screen attached to the head and a camera suspended by poles which give the user a Third-Person view of themselves.

Marc Owens says that wearing the suit would possibly make the user act more like they would in an online virtual world such as World of Warcraft, and perhaps make them feel “invincible”.
