Ok, not so much nightmares, but a few things that have annoyed me a little since the “Big Changeover” I mentioned recently.

First of all, I installed Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit Edition in hope that it would be faster than the 32bit. Which it is! However, a program that I plan on using regularly doesn’t play nice with the new 64bit operating system…

My solution? Install Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit Edition on a small 20gb partition of my main hardrive for whenever I want to use it. Not too big of an issue, but pretty annoying that I now have to dual boot again.

Second of all, I can’t play music whilst World of Warcraft is running, for some reason it goes all distorted… I’m hoping a new driver install and reboot will do the trick!

And last of all, I setup Remote Desktop access to my computer on my lunch break today, only to realise when I got back to work that I hadn’t gave my account a password. No, this isn’t a huge security risk, it’s an annoying mistake, as Vista won’t let me log in via Remote Desktop without first giving the account a Password. An obvious security method, but one I totally overlooked.

Well, rant over for today… Or is it?
